This conference is designed for the Clinical Nurse Specialist in healthcare centers, clinics, community settings and private practice; for administrators who employ CNSs and for faculty and students of CNS programs.

The goal of the conference will be to impart wisdom for those experiencing significant change and/or those leading change as well as promoting unity among CNSs.

The CNS as a catalyst for change assures change “proceeds at a usually faster rate or under different conditions than otherwise possible.” The ability to manage and lead change is a pillar of CNS practice but how do we thrive when change affects us? This conference will impart wisdom for those enduring significant change and/or those leading change.

In order to impact patient care, CNSs develop successful partnerships and use the elements people bring to the table to assure success. They also standardize patient care and converge practice across health care systems.

There will be a one-hour pre-conference session on Thursday, October 4th with a social hour afterward.  The main conference is from on Friday, October 5.

A block of rooms is reserved at the hotel.
